About Mike Chandler

Father. Entrepreneur. Race Car Driver.

Business Owner. Friend. Social Media Enthusiast. Son. Driven By God.

Mike Chandler, 35, grew up outside of Charleston, West Virginia. He started racing a junior dragster at age 7. Mike began to bracket race in a ‘68 Camaro when he was 14 and later raced a dragster. During his bracket career, he won 5 races and was runner-up four times.

In 2008 Mike switched to heads-up Outlaw 10.5 racing. Mike’s racing success continued in Outlaw 10.5, winning four races and being runner-up twice, all while promoting several racing events.

Mike started round track racing locally and took a step back from drag racing and the travel involved when his mom, Carol, was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2014. Carol lost her battle against cancer at the end of 2017. Since that devastating loss, Mike focused on building his collision center, Mike Chandler’s Auto Solutions, while marketing for his dad, Greg Chandler’s brand Chandler’s Motorsports.

Mike also started growing his brand MChandler which has been very successful. His TikTok has over 400K followers, and Instagram has over 60K. Mike accompanied his dad to Discovery’s Channel Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings (NPK) races. He quickly caught the attention of the producers and appeared with his dad on Street Outlaws: Team Attack in 2021. Mike is returning to the track in a 3000+ horse-powered Procharged ‘00 Camaro “Zeek” named by Mike’s 5-year-old son, Griffin. Mike’s goal this year is to continue to grow his exposure by appearing regularly on the show. He’s set to race in Street Outlaws NPK Futures class and has put everything he has into making every race to accomplish his goal of being pulled by producers to race in the main event invitationals. Mike’s charismatic personality and large unique following increase the chances of being invited to the invitational class, bringing a more diverse demographic to Discovery Channels Street Outlaws: NPKs viewership.
